Welcome to Lexonstream IPTV (also written LexonStream, "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions apply to this website (lexonstreams.com), to Lexonstream IPTV subscriptions and the free trial, and to the help our team provides. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services. How we handle your data is described in our privacy policy.
1. The service
Lexonstream IPTV provides access to an IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) subscription: television and video content streamed over the internet to an IPTV app installed on your own device. The subscription includes 40,000 live channels and 170,000 movies and series on demand, in HD, Full HD or 4K depending on the stream, your device and your connection, plus a TV guide (EPG).
You receive either Xtream Codes login details (server URL, username and password) or an M3U playlist. IPTV apps (IPTV Smarters Pro, Smarters Player Lite, IBO Player Pro and others) are made by third parties: they are not provided by Lexonstream IPTV and contain no channels.
2. Age and lawful use
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our services. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and not to engage in activities that may violate laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, or harm the platform.
3. Plans and prices
A Lexonstream IPTV plan has two parts: its length (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and its number of connections, meaning the devices that can watch at the same time (1 to 4). Every plan includes the same content. Prices are in US dollars (USD) and paid once for the whole length:

Current prices are listed on the IPTV subscription page and may change from time to time. The price that applies is the one for the plan our team confirms when you order.
4. Free trial
A 24-hour free trial can be requested on WhatsApp before you order, with no payment. It is there to check that the service works on your device, with your app and your connection; see the IPTV free trial page.
5. Ordering, payment and billing
You order on WhatsApp, from the order buttons on this site; our team confirms the plan you chose and tells you how to pay. We accept credit or debit cards and crypto. The steps are described on the how to order page.
When subscribing to our IPTV services, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing information. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your access.
6. Activation and delivery
Tell us your device type when you order. If no device details are provided, we issue an M3U playlist as the default format. Once a format has been delivered, it cannot be modified or replaced with another format. Upon activation, we send a confirmation email to your email address; your login details reach you by email or WhatsApp. The service is delivered digitally only: nothing is shipped. 7. Length of your plan
Your plan runs for the number of months chosen when you ordered. To continue afterwards, message us on WhatsApp.
8. Refunds
Once your subscription has been activated, refunds or modifications are not possible, because the 24-hour free trial lets you test the service before you pay. The full terms are in our refund policy.
9. Service quality and availability
We aim to deliver a high-quality IPTV experience, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or flawless service. Streaming quality may depend on your internet connection (Lexonstream IPTV recommends at least 10 Mbps for standard definition and 25 Mbps for HD or 4K), device compatibility, and third-party service providers. 10. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, videos, logos, and trademarks — is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission. Any third-party logos or content accessed through our service remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lexonstream IPTV is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Lexonstream IPTV, its affiliates, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from:
- your misuse of our services;
- violation of these Terms and Conditions;
- infringement of third-party rights.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with the date of the update. Your continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to services, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in prohibited activities.
15. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in London, UK. This clause does not replace any rights the law that applies to you may give you as a consumer.
