- the device information you give us for activation (the device type decides the format delivered) and, as on any website, technical connection data (IP address, browser type, operating system);
- any other information you choose to send us.
2. WhatsApp buttons and forms
The order, trial and contact buttons on this site, and its forms (contact, trial request), send us nothing by themselves: they open WhatsApp with your message already written, and you decide whether to send it.
To do this, they go through a short redirect on this site, which passes the prefilled text to WhatsApp (for example the plan chosen, or the name, device and message typed into a form). Like any page address, that text may appear in the server's technical logs. Messages sent on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- activate, deliver and maintain your IPTV subscription;
- process payments and manage billing;
- help you, answer your questions and assist with setup;

4. Payment
You pay by credit or debit card, or with crypto, following the instructions our team gives you. Payment data is processed by the payment provider concerned, under its own privacy policy. Never send your full card number in a WhatsApp chat.
