Refund and modification policy

Once your subscription has been activated, refunds or modifications are not possible.

Lexonstream IPTV provides a 24-hour free trial so you can test our service before making a purchase. For this reason, refunds are not offered after a subscription has been activated. During the trial, check that the service works on your device, with your app and your internet connection; the IPTV setup guide helps you set it up.

Lexonstream IPTV's responsibility is limited to activating your subscription for the duration selected at the time of purchase. Upon activation, we will send a confirmation email to your email address.

Activation process

The Lexonstream IPTV policy aims to activate and deliver your IPTV subscription within 24 hours of receiving your order. To ensure smooth activation, please tell us your device type when you order on WhatsApp.

Device information

If no device details are provided, we will issue an M3U playlist as the default format. Once a format has been delivered, we cannot modify it or provide a replacement in another format.

Content and service disclaimer

Lexonstream IPTV does not host or control the content available through IPTV services. We are not responsible for the quality, availability, or legality of third-party content. See also our disclaimer.

Third-party costs

Money paid to third parties, such as a paid IPTV app, a device or an internet plan, is not paid to Lexonstream IPTV.
