Last updated: October 28, 2026
How Lexonstream IPTV handles copyright infringement notices: what a notice must contain, how to dispute one and what we do about repeat infringers.
Our policy
Lexonstream IPTV respects intellectual property rights and is committed to complying with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This policy describes how we receive and respond to notices of copyright infringement.
No direct hosting
- Lexonstream IPTV does not host, store or transmit any content on its servers, and does not broadcast or rebroadcast channels directly from its servers. Content comes from independent third-party providers.
- All content available remains the property of its rights holders. Lexonstream IPTV does not claim ownership of any third-party content.
- Lexonstream IPTV has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, availability, privacy policies or practices of third-party providers. Copyright questions about content from external sources should be addressed to the rights holders or the original providers.
- Logos, trademarks and names that may appear in content belong to their respective owners. Lexonstream IPTV claims no affiliation with them.
Notification of copyright infringement
If you believe your copyrighted work is being used in a way that constitutes infringement, send us a notice that includes:
- identification of the copyrighted work concerned;
- identification of the infringing material and where it is located;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
- your contact information (name, address, phone number, email);
- your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notification
If you believe content was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notification that includes:
- identification of the removed material;
- your full name, address, phone number and email;
- a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. federal district court;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the material was removed by mistake;
- your physical or electronic signature.
We forward your counter-notification to the person who sent the original notice. Unless they take legal action within 10 business days, the material may be restored.
Termination of accounts
Lexonstream IPTV reserves the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights.
Waiver of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lexonstream IPTV, its officers, employees and affiliates disclaim all liability for any damages, losses or claims arising from the use of the platform or of third-party content. Users access our services at their own risk.
